Skeleton Creek Trail

In Hoppers Crossing the entry points are Grevillea Crescent, Bromage Close and Arcadian Place.In Point Cook the entry points are The Breakwater and The Promenade.Skeleton Creek Trail is on the east side of the creek, from the Bay Trail West to Point Cook Rd.
